Managing and protecting your data
At EAi, protecting institutional and alumni data is central to everything we do. All surveys use secure, ID-coded links that never expose personal identifiers to EAi. Institutions retain ownership of their alumni records; EAi only processes de-identified datasets for research, benchmarking, and service delivery under strict contractual agreements.
Our systems comply with Canadian and international privacy standards, including FIPPA and GDPR requirements where applicable. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and all use of aggregated benchmarks is fully anonymized.
